Terms of Use, Disclaimer & Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 4, 2026

Please read these terms carefully before using BoatRampMap.com ("the Site", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Disclaimer

The information provided on BoatRampMap.com is for general informational purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information, data, GPS coordinates, or related content on this Site.

GPS coordinates are approximate. Coordinates displayed on this Site are sourced from federal databases and may not reflect the exact location of a boat ramp, dock, or launch point. Do not rely solely on the coordinates provided here for navigation. Always use common sense, consult local signage, and verify conditions upon arrival.

Conditions change. Boat ramp availability, access, fees, hours of operation, water levels, road conditions, parking, and physical infrastructure can change without notice. Ramps may be closed for maintenance, seasonal restrictions, weather events, environmental hazards, or other reasons not reflected on this Site. We strongly recommend contacting local authorities or facility managers to verify current conditions before traveling.

Safety is your responsibility. Boating is an inherently risky activity. You are solely responsible for your own safety, the safety of your passengers, the condition of your vessel, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local boating laws, regulations, and safety requirements. This Site does not provide safety advice, boating instruction, or legal guidance.

The inclusion of a boat ramp on this Site does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee that the ramp is safe, accessible, operational, suitable for your vessel, or open to the public. Some listed locations may be on private property, require permits, or have restrictions not reflected in our data.
